Located where the I-8 and I-5 meet and overlooking Mission Bay is an adorable sought out suburban neighborhood that has more to offer than you think. With its central location and easy freeway access you can be in downtown or north county in under 15 minutes, to the ocean in less than 10, or even to SeaWorld in 5. Word has it that the Coaster will be building a stop soon, which makes it even more accessible. If you prefer to be on foot, it\u2019s an easy walk down to the Bay where there are miles to walk or run and grass area to sit and enjoy a read.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;As real estate agents in San Diego, we know a lot about housing costs in the area.
